Managing Comms Hub Channels

Comms Hub > Channels

The Channels settings window lets you view the channels connected to your Comms Hub and add Social Media channels. TrueDialog supports Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp conversations through the Comms Hub, but you must connect your accounts to TrueDialog before your users can send you messages. 

  1. Access the Communication Hub page by clicking Comms Hub in the left sidebar.
    Navigate to Comms Hub
  2. Click the horizontal line of three dots to the right of the user name and select Channels.

The My Channels tab shows you the channels connected to your Comms Hub. All Short Codes and Long Codes connected to your TrueDialog account are connected to your Comms Hub and will be shown in the SMS section.
