Sending Messages > Keywords

This guide will show you how to create, update, and delete keywords. See the Attaching a Keyword to a Campaign article for instructions on attaching a keyword.

  1. Expand Send Messages in the left sidebar and select Keywords.
    Navigate to Keywords Page

Create New Keyword

See the Creating a Keyword article for instructions on creating a keyword.

Update Keyword

  1. Click on the keyword to update.
    Click Keyword to Update
  2. The only option to update a keyword is the Text To Push checkbox. (Only for accounts that support Text To Push.)
  3. Click Update to update the keyword.

  4. After updating the keyword, a success message will appear in the upper right corner.
    Successfully Updated

Delete Keyword

  1. Click Delete.
    Click Delete
  2. A dialog box will open, asking you to confirm deleting the keyword. Click Yes to delete.
    Release Keyword
  3. After releasing the keyword, a success message will appear in the upper right corner.
    Successfully Released
