TrueDialog Portal
Administration > Switch Account
This guide will explain how to switch accounts in the TrueDialog Portal. By default, you will log into the root account. However, if you have subaccounts, you can switch to them using the Switch Account feature. Once you have switched to a subaccount, you can access all the features of the Portal just as you would with the root account. However, any changes will only affect the current account and subaccounts.
- Click your Account Name in the upper right corner.
- In the dropdown, select Switch Account.
- Click the Switch to dropdown and select the account you would like to use. Note: The list of accounts is organized in a hierarchical order. If you need help with what account to use, see the Account Tree page; refer to the Using The Account Tree article for a tutorial on using the Account Tree.
- Click Switch.
- Once you have switched accounts, you can see what account you are using by checking the Account Name in the upper right corner. The account you are using will be in large font and displayed above your root account in small font.
