Reports > Voice Log

This article will show you the features of the Voice Log page. The Voice Log provides a log of voice calls in and out of your TrueDialog account and can be sorted and searched.

  1. Expand Reports in the left sidebar and select Voice Log.
    Navigate to Voice Log Page

Sort

  1. The log can be sorted by any column with the up and down arrows.
  2. Click the column to sort by. To reverse the order of sorting, click the column again.

  1. Enter your search in the Search textbox.
  2. The search is performed on the Target and Channel columns, and the results are displayed live as you type. Note: Entering non-numeric characters in the search box cancels the search.
