Contacts
The Contacts section of the TrueDialog Portal allows you to manage your contacts. Each contact stores basic details about the end user, such as name, phone number, and email address. Additionally, each contact has an Opt-In status and a list of attributes. You can create custom contact attributes to hold specific information about your contacts.
After creating your contacts, you can group them into Contact Lists. Contact Lists are used when sending campaign messages to your contacts. Below is a table of each page in the Contacts section with links to relevant articles and descriptions of what can be done on each page.
