Viewing Messaging Activity

Reports > Messaging Activity

This article will guide you on how to view messaging activity data. The Messaging Activity page displays the number of messages sent and received for each account within a specific date range. The table on this page provides a comprehensive list of accounts and subaccounts, including those already deleted.

1. Expand Reports in the left sidebar and select Messaging Activity.

   

Search

1. Enter your search into the Search box. 
2. The search is performed on both the Account ID and Account Name columns, and the results are displayed live as you type.

   

Change Date Range

1. Adjust the date range in the From and To boxes. The default is the last 30 days.
2. Click Apply to update the date range.
