Administration > Notifications
This guide will show you how to manage notifications for your account. You can create notifications to send you an SMS or Email when the selected event occurs. To view your account notifications, see the Notifications section of the Navigating The Portal article.
New Notification
- Click New Notification.
- Select the Notification Type from the dropdown.
- In the Channel Type dropdown, select how you want to be notified: Email or SMS.
- Enter your email or phone number in the Target textbox.
- Click Save.
- After saving the notification, a success message will appear in the upper right corner.
Disable/Enable/Delete Notifications
Individual notifications can be turned on or off to control notification delivery. Notifications can be deleted to remove them entirely from the system.
Disable
- Click Disable for the notification you want to stop delivering notifications.
- After disabling the notification, a success message will appear in the upper right corner.
Enable
- Click Enable for the notification you want to start delivering notifications.
- After enabling the notification, a success message will appear in the upper right corner.
