TrueDialog Integration

This article will show you how to create a contact in HubSpot to use with the TrueDialog app. The following instructions assume you have added the Mobile phone number and SMS opted-out properties to the Create Contact process by following the instructions in the HubSpot – Adding TrueDialog Properties to Create Contact article. If you haven’t added these properties, you can add them to a contact after they are created.

  1. From the left sidebar, expand CRM and click Contacts.
    Navigate to Contacts
  2. Click Create contact.
    Click Create contact
  3. Enter your contact’s First name and Last name and Email. Only a contact’s name or email address is required.
Enter Email, First and Last name

The Phone number property is not used by the TrueDialog integration. You must enter your contact’s mobile phone number into the Mobile phone number property.

  1. Click the Mobile phone number property.
    Click Mobile phone number
  2. Enter your contact’s phone number in the Phone number textbox.
  3. Click Apply.
    Enter Phone Number
  4. Click the SMS Opted-out dropdown.
  5. Select No.
    Select SMS Opted-out = No
  6. Click Create.
    Click Create
  7. Your newly created contact will be displayed.
