TrueDialog Integration

This article will teach you how to update your contact’s Mobile Phone Number and SMS Opted-out values. These properties provide the information necessary for TrueDialog to send SMS messages to your contact.   1. From the left sidebar, expand CRM and click Contacts.
    Navigate to Contacts
  2. Click the contact.
    Click Contact
  3. Click Mobile phone number under the About this contact section on the left sidebar.
    Click Mobile phone number
  4. Enter the contact’s mobile phone number in the Phone number textbox. Note: Include the +# country code at the beginning of the number.
  5. Click Apply.

HubSpot will notify you of a property change and ask you to Save or Cancel. It is safe to save your changes after updating the SMS Opted-out property.

  1. Click SMS Opted-out under the About this contact section on the left sidebar.
    Click SMS Opted-out
  2. Select No in the dropdown. Note: If Yes is selected, your contact will not receive messages through TrueDialog.

    If Yes is selected, your contact will not receive messages through TrueDialog.

    Select No
  3. Click Save.
    Click Save
  4. Your contact’s properties are now updated to receive messages using TrueDialog’s integration.
