TrueDialog Integration
This article will teach you how to update your contact’s Mobile Phone Number and SMS Opted-out values. These properties provide the information necessary for TrueDialog to send SMS messages to your contact. If you still need to add these properties to your contacts, see the HubSpot – Adding TrueDialog Properties to Contacts article for instructions.
- From the left sidebar, expand CRM and click Contacts.
- Click the contact.
- Click Mobile phone number under the About this contact section on the left sidebar.
- Enter the contact’s mobile phone number in the Phone number textbox. Note: Include the +# country code at the beginning of the number.
- Click Apply.
HubSpot will notify you of a property change and ask you to Save or Cancel. It is safe to save your changes after updating the SMS Opted-out property.
- Click SMS Opted-out under the About this contact section on the left sidebar.
- Select No in the dropdown. Note: If Yes is selected, your contact will not receive messages through TrueDialog.
If Yes is selected, your contact will not receive messages through TrueDialog.
- Click Save.
- Your contact’s properties are now updated to receive messages using TrueDialog’s integration.
