TrueDialog Integration

A message template contains a prewritten message that can be sent to a single contact or as a mass SMS to multiple contacts. This guide will show you how to create a template and add dynamic content. A template is created through the TrueDialog Chat window and can be used from the Chat window and a workflow. For instructions on using a template, see the HubSpot – Using a Message Template article.

When creating a template, it is important to note that it will be the complete message sent to the contact. Before sending, no additional information or modifications can be made to the template message from the TrueDialog Chat window or the Send Mass SMS workflow.

    Navigate to Contacts
  2. Click the contact.
