TrueDialog Integration
Package Install
To install the package, please open https://dynamics.truedialog.com/ and follow the instructions.
Additional Users Setup
Once the installation is completed, you can use the integration without any extra steps. If you need to give the ability to use the integration to other users in the system, you must set them up with TrueDialog credentials. To do this, please use the following instructions:
- Open Settings, and click Security.
- Select Users.
- Select the user From the Enabled Users list.
- Click on the user dropdown menu, then choose the setting User – True Dialog.
- Enter your TD Login and TD Password, then Save. Your True Dialog account details will automatically populate.
