This article shows you how to manage your subaccounts. The SUBACCOUNTS page provides access to creating, updating, and deleting a subaccount. Subaccounts can be used to separate different divisions or branches of an organization by keeping contacts, campaigns, and users separate for each subaccount. To view your subaccounts as a tree graph, see the Account Tree page and read the Using The Account Tree article.
Create New Subaccount
See the Creating a Subaccount article.
Update Subaccount
- Click the Account Name of the subaccount to modify.
- You can change the Name and Parent Account of a subaccount.
- Click Update.
- After updating the subaccount, a success message will appear in the upper right corner.
Show Full List
By default, the Subaccounts table only shows the first level of subaccounts for the currently active account. The Show Full List toggle allows you to view all levels of subaccounts.
- Click the Show Full List toggle to show all subaccounts in the table.
- Any subaccounts with Users will have a user icon in the leftmost column.
- Click the user icon to display the users for that subaccount.
