TrueDialog Integration
This article describes the functionality that extends the Marketing Module, part of the Power Platform. To start using TrueDialog integration within Customer Journeys, contact support and ask them to provide a separate solution file, which your system administrator should install. Once installed, you should be able to select the option Send Text Message within the Customer Journey.
- Select the Custom Channel tile.
- Select Send Text Message.
- You will be asked to select the Text Message template.
- Once selected, you can execute the journey.
Text Message Template
Text messages can be static or dynamic.
Static Templates – A static template will send the SMS message with the text typed in the Message field.

Dynamic Templates – Email Templates can be used to send dynamic messages. Users should click the Set Email Template ribbon button to select an email template for message generation. Ensure that only email templates associated with the Contact entity are chosen.

The From field will be used as a sender for the Text Message. Only users with TD credentials configured are available for selection.
