This article shows you how to purchase more credits for your TrueDialog account. Credits are used to send messages in Campaigns and the Comms Hub, with each credit allowing you to send one message. Your plan includes a monthly allocation of credits. To see your plan and current credit balance, access your account settings by following the instructions in the Managing Your Portal Account article.
- Click your Account Name in the upper right corner.
- In the drop-down, select Settings.
- Select one of the tabs on the SETTINGS page to get to the different account settings.
- Click the Plan tab.
- Click purchase more credits.
- Enter the number of credits to purchase in the textbox.
- Click Proceed.
- Click Confirm to complete the purchase and charge your card.
- Wait for the purchase to complete. Don’t refresh the page; this process can take up to a minute to finish.
- (Optional) After receiving the success message, you can view your invoice by clicking the HERE link.
- Click Close.
