Salesforce
TrueDialog Integration
This article will guide you in sending your first message using the TrueDialog system. The articles below use the Sales app and Contacts object in the standard Salesforce format as examples, but you can easily apply the instructions to other apps and objects. If you decide to use the TrueDialog app, you can skip Step 4 since the standard objects in this app have already been configured to use the TrueDialog integration.
Setup
Step 1 – Installing and Connecting the TrueDialog App
A System Administrator must perform this step.
Step 2 – Authenticating a User
A user must authenticate their TrueDialog account with their Salesforce account before they can send a message.

Step 3 – Configuring Existing Records
To send messages to records that existed before installing TrueDialog, you must fill in the Formatted Phone Number field. See the following article for instructions.
Step 4 – Configuring Your App
You should add fields and tools to your records layouts to use your app with the TrueDialog integration.
Step 5 – Adding Records
When sending an SMS message to a record, the record must have a Formatted Phone Number. If you don’t have a record with a Formatted Phone Number, follow the instructions below to create a new record.

Sending a Mass SMS
As shown in the articles below, there are two different ways to access the Send Mass SMS tool. A mass SMS can also be sent from a Flow, but this process is more involved and outside the scope of a quick start guide.
