TrueDialog Portal

Login

This article shows you how to access the TrueDialog Portal. First, you will need a TrueDialog account to access the Portal. You can request an account from https://www.truedialog.com/pricing/. If you have already created an account, you can access the TrueDialog Portal by following the instructions below.

1. Visit https://ui.truedialog.com/Login
2. Enter your Username and Password.
3. Click Log In.

   

4. For security, TrueDialog requires two-factor authentication.
5. Choose your Cell phone or Email as the preferred method to receive the verification code.
6. Click Submit to request a verification code be sent to the cell phone or email address selected above.

   

7. Check your cell phone or email for the 6-digit verification code. The email will be sent from td2f@truedialog.com
8. Enter the 6-digit verification code in the text box.
9. (Optional) Check the Remember this device for 24 hours. box to skip the two-factor authentication if you log in to the TrueDialog Portal within the next 24 hours.
10. Click Submit to finish logging into the TrueDialog Portal.
