Comms Hub

The Comms Hub is a web application that facilitates two-way messaging and provides various tools to help you communicate with your contacts. The Comms Hub offers four communication channels, each with unique features and communication methods. These channels include SMS/TextInternal ChatExternal Chat, and Social Media messaging. 

This guide provides you with an overview of the capabilities of the Comms Hub. It will explain how the various channels work and what you can do with them. Additionally, it will explain the User Interface and help you get started with this powerful communication tool. Communication Channels

Standard text messaging using your account’s phone number. End-users can text you directly or be directed from a Survey Campaign or Two-Way Campaign. You can initiate sending a message to a phone number.

Chat messaging between your internal TrueDialog Users. You need at least two Users on your account to use this feature.

Chat messaging through the Chat Widget. You can create a custom Chat Widget to include on your website that provides a way of communicating with you to your users.

Messaging through Facebook or WhatsApp. You can connect your Facebook and WhatsApp accounts so that any messages sent to your account will be directed to the Comms Hub for you to respond to.

Conversation

This section of the Comms Hub allows you to message the selected contact and view the conversation thread.

This section provides access to the contacts/users and allows you to search and manage them. At the top of the Sidebar is the User Name you are currently logged into and your status.

The Channel tabs allow you to quickly switch between the different messaging channels and see new message notifications.

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is an advanced tool that reads messages received in the Comms Hub and suggests replies. It enables your agents to respond to various client queries quickly. Options Menu

The Options Menu is found on the Sidebar and provides access to the following features:

The Auto Response feature allows you to respond to incoming messages with a pre-written message. This menu option allows you to set up and manage your Auto Response.

The Chat Widget is a widget that can be added to your website to allow your users to communicate with you. Managing Comms Hub Chat Widgets

Your Channels are what you use to communicate with your users. This includes phone numbers and Social Media connections.

Templates

A template is a pre-written message that can be easily inserted into your message. This pre-written message may include dynamic content, making it easy to personalize your message. See the Creating and Using Templates article for instructions for creating and using templates.
