This article provides instructions on adding the Mobile Phone Number and SMS Opted-out properties to the Create Contact process. These properties are essential for sending messages using TrueDialog. After following the steps below, you can enter these properties when creating a new contact.

1. From the left sidebar, expand CRM and click Contacts.

   

2. Click Create contact.

   

3. Click Edit this form.

   

4. Expand the Add properties section.

   

5. Enter mobile in the search box.
6. Check Mobile phone number.

   

7. Enter SMS opt in the search box.
8. Check SMS Opted-out.

   

9. (Optional) Drag the Mobile phone number and SMS Opted-out properties to the top of the list.
10. Click Save.
