This article will show you how to set a contact to opt out of receiving text messages from you by setting the SMS Opted-out property to Yes. Once this is done, the contact will not receive mass or one-to-one text messages.

You can Opt-in a contact by setting SMS Opted-out to No.

  1. From the left sidebar, expand CRM and click Contacts.
    Navigate to Contacts
  2. Click the contact.
    Click Contact
  3. Click the SMS Opted-out property in the About this contact section of the left sidebar.
  4. Select Yes in the dropdown.
    Select Yes
  5. Click Save.
    Click Save
