TrueDialog Integration
When one of your contacts sends an SMS, you will receive a notification in your HubSpot account. This article provides instructions on how to check and view your notifications.
- Check the Bell icon at the top of the window.
- New notifications will be indicated by a red circle with a number inside.
- Click the Bell icon to view the notifications.
- Click an SMS received notification to be taken to the contact that sent the message.
