TrueDialog Integration

When you install the TrueDialog app, a Workflow called [TrueDialog] In-App Notification is created to display notifications in HubSpot when you receive an SMS message. If you are not receiving notifications or only receive one notification for a contact, follow the instructions below to check the workflow’s enrollment. To turn on enrollment and start receiving notifications, follow the instructions in the Turn On Notifications section below.

Check Workflow Enrollment

  1. From the left sidebar, expand Automations and click Workflows.
    Navigate to Workflows
  2. Enter TrueDialog in the search box.
  3. Click on the [TrueDialog] In-App Notification workflow.

  4. Check the workflow trigger’s enrollment.

Turn On Notifications

  1. Click won’t re-enroll.

  2. Turn the Re-enrollment toggle from OFF to ON.

  3. Verify that At least one TrueDialog: Inbound SMS has all of: Occurred is know is checked.
  4. Click Save.
    Click Save
  5. Click Save and enroll existing contacts.

  6. Changes to the workflow are automatically saved, and you can exit the workflow safely.

  7. You will now receive notifications when a message is received.
