MS Dynamics – Viewing Sent and Received Messages

TrueDialog Integration

All SMS/MMS messages sent and received through the TrueDialog Integrations are stored in Text Message records. Following the instructions below, you can access a log of all these records.

1. Click Text Messages under the TD Messages section in the left sidebar.

   

View Individual Messages

You can view the details of individual messages by accessing the corresponding record in the log. See the following instructions.

1. Click the Go to record button at the end of the row of the record you wish to view.

   

2. Message records are read-only because they have already been sent.

   

Deleting a message record removes it from Dynamics, but it doesn’t prevent the message from being sent and doesn’t remove it from TrueDialog’s servers.
