TrueDialog Integration

This article will show you how to send an MMS message using the TrueDialog Messenger on your record’s page. You must add the TrueDialog Messenger to your page layout before you can send a message. The following instructions use the Sales app and the Contacts object in the standard Salesforce format. However, these steps can also be applied to other applications and standard object types. Depending on your Salesforce configuration, some fields may appear in a different layout or not be available. If you cannot view or edit the fields mentioned in this article, please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
