Reports > Daily Activity
The Daily Activity Report provides essential daily account activity totals for the past month. The totals include data from subaccounts as well.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Incoming Messages | The total SMS messages received by this account and any subaccounts. |
| Outgoing Messages | The total SMS messages sent from this account and any subaccounts. |
| Optouts | The total number of contacts who opted out of this account and any subaccounts. |
| Optouts % | The percentage of opt-outs compared to the number of contacts still opted in for this account and any subaccounts. |
- Expand Reports in the left sidebar and select Campaigns.
Sort
By default, the table is sorted by the Date column from oldest to newest. However, it can be sorted by any column in ascending or descending order.
- Click the Up/Down arrow icons to change the table’s sort order and column.
Search
All columns are searchable.
- Enter your search in the Search textbox. The results will be displayed live as you type.
