TrueDialog Integration

TrueDialog provides SMS messaging in Salesforce through the TrueDialog app. The app allows you to leverage TrueDialog’s advanced SMS messaging platform with one-to-one and mass SMS messages. The TrueDialog app is integrated into Salesforce’s powerful Flow Builder to automate messaging. The TrueDialog Messenger provides a chat-style messaging window directly from a contact’s page.

The TrueDialog app requires your account to use Single Opt-In for your Subscription Opt-In Type. See the Setting Single Opt-In For Integrations article for instructions on how to check and change this setting.

Installing and Configuring the TrueDialog App

Install

To install the TrueDialog app for your organization, a System Administrator must follow the instructions in the article below to install and connect the app.

Authenticate

Once the TrueDialog app is installed, users must authenticate with their TrueDialog account before they can begin messaging with TrueDialog. The following instructions will show you how to complete this task.

Messaging
