This article will show you how to send an MMS message using the Communications Dashboard. For instructions on using the other features of the Communications Dashboard, see the following article.

Files must be 2.5 MB or less in size. See the table below for the supported file types.

Some carriers are still limited to a maximum file size of 300kB. Sending files larger than 300kB is supported, but some contacts may not receive the file.

1. Click Communications under the TD Messages section in the left sidebar.
2. Click the contact you wish to message.

   You can search for contacts by name in the Search box located above the list of contacts.

   

3. Enter your message in the Message textbox.

   

4. Click the Image icon below the Message textbox.

   

5. Click Upload file. Max size 2.5 MB (may vary per carrier).

   

6. Use the Open File window to select the image you want to send.
7. Click Open.

   

8. Click Ok.

   To remove the image from the message, click the X to the right of the image file name.

   

9. A thumbnail of your attached image is displayed below the Message textbox.
10. Click the Send Message icon.

    

11. Your sent message and attached image will appear in the message thread, and any replies will also be shown here.
