TrueDialog Integration
TrueDialog provides SMS messaging through the TrueDialog app for HubSpot. The app allows you to leverage TrueDialog’s advanced SMS messaging platform with one-to-one and mass SMS messages. The TrueDialog app is integrated into HubSpot’s powerful Workflow and also provides a chat-style messaging window directly from a contact’s page.
The TrueDialog app requires your account to use Single Opt-In for your Subscription Opt-In Type. See the Setting Single Opt-In For Integrations article for instructions on how to check and change this setting.
