TrueDialog Integration

TrueDialog provides SMS messaging through the TrueDialog Integration app for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The app allows you to build Journeys that leverage TrueDialog’s advanced SMS messaging platform to send Mass SMS messages.

The TrueDialog app requires your account to use Single Opt-In for your Subscription Opt-In Type. See the Setting Single Opt-In For Integrations article for instructions on how to check and change this setting.
