TrueDialog Integration
TrueDialog provides SMS messaging through the TrueDialog app for Dynamics. The app enables you to utilize TrueDialog’s advanced SMS messaging platform, offering both one-to-one and mass SMS messaging capabilities. It is integrated into Dynamics and provides chat-style messaging directly from a record’s page.
The TrueDialog app requires your account to use Single Opt-In for your Subscription Opt-In Type. Refer to the following article for instructions on checking and changing this setting.

Quick Start for One-to-One Messages
Follow the instructions in the articles below to start a one-to-one SMS message with a contact. The first two steps are the same as sending a Mass SMS and don’t need to be repeated if you have already completed them. The TrueDilaog Integration has three different tools for sending one-to-one messages.
