MS365 – Creating an MMS Campaign

TrueDialog Integration

The guide covers creating an MMS campaign. A campaign holds the message to send to end-users. The instructions below will guide you in creating an MMS campaign. After creating the campaign, see the MS365 – Sending a Campaign article for instructions on how to send a campaign.

  1. Click the Campaigns tab.
  2. Click Create a One-way Campaign.
    Select Campaigns Tab
  3. Enter a name for your campaign in the Campaign Name textbox.
  4. Enter the campaign message in the Message Content textbox.

  5. Click Attach media.
    Click Paper Clip Icon
  6. Click Select an image to upload.
    Click Select an image to upload...
  7. Select your media file using the Open file window.

    You can upload the following file types:

  1. Click Open.
    Select File and Click Open
  2. A preview of your attached image will appear to the left of the Paper clip icon.
  3. Click Create.
    Click Create
  4. Your new campaign is now ready to send its message to your contacts. See the MS365 – Sending a Campaign article for instructions on sending campaigns.
